1936 Berlin Olympic Badge

The badges from the 1936 Berlin Olympics consist of a metal pin with a ribbon attached at the bottom. The color and design of the ribbon help denote the status of the wearer.

In addition to the normal badges for Press, Officials, Athletes, and Olympic Committee members, there was a cheaper badge made of Bakelite (an early plastic material) for workers at the Olympics.
