The badges from the 1924 Paris Olympics all have the same shield design with Olympic rings at the top and a sailing ship in the shield. The color of the enamel and the inscription indicate the status of the badge holder.
There are three main types:
Presse (Press) – blue enamel
Concurrent (Athlete) – red enamel, can be found with ribbon
Officiel (Official) – white enamel, can be found with ribbon
